  4. Calculate and arrange stamp duty and registration fee on the correct value.
  5. Registration at the Sub-Registrar’s office, with a guided appointment so you know what to bring.
  6. After registration: society transfer, mutation and record updates.

Why not use a downloaded format?

A standard format cannot know that the seller inherited the flat, that a mortgage still needs to be released, or that the society must issue a new share certificate. We draft for your specific facts.

Documents to keep ready

Do I need a sale deed if I already have an Agreement for Sale?

Yes. The Agreement for Sale is a promise to transfer; the registered sale deed transfers ownership. Read the difference.
